Terms of Service
These terms govern authorized use of Sovino Knowledge.
Permitted use
Use the application only for project-document operations you are authorized to perform. You are responsible for the Google Drive account, configured workspace, collaborator access, and instructions submitted to the application.
Document operations
The application may read, create, update, organize, index, archive, or move files to Trash according to configured roles and approved requests. Review proposed changes and maintain appropriate backups and retention policies.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Google services, network connectivity, host availability, or configuration changes may temporarily interrupt synchronization.
Access termination
The account holder may stop using the application and revoke Google access at any time. Administrators may remove local credentials and operational data according to their retention obligations.
