Sovino Knowledge

Privacy Policy

Effective September 13, 2026

This policy explains how Sovino Knowledge accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data.

Data accessed

With the account holder's consent, Sovino Knowledge requests Google Drive access. The application may access file names, folder relationships, file metadata, links, and file contents required to synchronize the administrator-configured project knowledge workspace.

How data is used

Google Drive data is used only to synchronize project documents, preserve local version history, detect conflicts, create a searchable approved-document index, and carry out document operations explicitly authorized by a trusted user.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and synchronization state are stored on the operator-controlled host. Synchronized files and local audit history remain in operator-controlled storage. Access is restricted through operating-system permissions, configured role identifiers, bounded workspace paths, and explicit confirmation for writes or destructive actions.

Sharing

Sovino Knowledge does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Data is transmitted only to Google Drive, the operator's configured local services, and infrastructure processors necessary to provide the requested synchronization and retrieval functions.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the knowledge system is in use or as required for local audit and recovery. The account holder can revoke the application's Google access at any time in Google Account settings. An authorized administrator may request deletion of synchronized content and local operational state, subject to the organization's documented audit-retention requirements.

Limited use

Sovino Knowledge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
